Yuki no Bijin, that sounds so nice😍! I'm also curious about the sakura shrimp and taro-like entrée in the photo together 😋!

It is a brewery that brews in an apartment building. I wanted to taste it because I don't get a chance to drink it very often, but it ran out quickly. Taro. It is delicious, isn't it? It made me drink more sake.

Banjo Kotobuki from the Nagai warehouse of the Suzuki Shuzo Brewery in Yamagata Prefecture. Round and deep. Oh, it is delicious. By the way, the label says A junmai daiginjo-shu with a rich and impactful touch of yamahai brewing, overwhelming density of flavor, and a long aftertaste.
The traditional sake aesthetics that value a sense of maturity and a suitably dry taste are the primary focus of this sake.
It is a deeply nostalgic sake with a subtle ginjo aroma that connects with a clean and precise taste.
