I found it at Yamaya. The rice is comet. It has almost no aroma. The impression on the palate is watery and smooth. There are no ups and downs and the taste is flat. It is a refreshing dry type. It seems to go well with sushi. It has about 1 sweetness and 9 spiciness. When the temperature rises, the sweetness comes out, but the nutty taste comes out. If it's mainly sweet, it's fine, but this is not my favorite type. The impression of sweetness and spiciness may change depending on the order of drinking.
When I drink it again, I feel the sweetness more than the first time, but the spiciness is the main taste. It has an atmosphere similar to Katanozakura and Sougen.

I didn't know it, but it once went bankrupt and now it's a subsidiary of Chitose Tsuru (Japanese sake).

Some people don't get notifications, so it's slower to get a hands-on feel than before.
