I took a look at Maruishi Brewery (the brewery of Futabagi) with Google Map's Street View. It is a big brewery in the city. I have visited the neighboring city of Anjo many times on business trips. At that time, I was not interested in the sake brewery at all, but now, I think I would stop by there.

The taste when you put it in your mouth and turn it around is just the right amount of sweetness, etc. It gives a sense of happiness.
★★★★★ Delicious. I would love to drink it again. tagacy
I had a saki drink with my oldest son. Drinking with my son is super fun. I didn't know such a fun thing was waiting for me... I don't know what it was, but I almost cried on the train on the way home. He must be old.... Maybe it means I'm finishing one of my missions as a living creature.

Thank you!
I feel like I've been thrown a living confusion, thinking that if I die tomorrow I won't regret it, but no, no, no, there are still fun things waiting for me. tagacy
I like the feeling of being able to keep taking it in small doses. I didn't think so much of Karakuchi.

I'm addicted to "iburigakko with cream cheese" (cream cheese with iburigakko?). I buy Iburi Gakko at an antenna shop in Akita prefecture. I buy iburigakko and cream cheese at an antenna store in Akita prefecture and mix them with cream cheese at home.

It has an alcohol content of 18 degrees. The same is true of Tamagawa's Ice Breaker, which is only one or two degrees higher than other sake, but it feels much tougher, and if sake that is only one or two degrees lower, around 14 degrees, feels lighter, then one degree makes a big difference, I guess.

As the bottle was opened and the days passed, the mouthfeel became calmer and easier to drink.

It is also delicious, but I prefer the "red" version, which is orikagari in taste and label.

Just one year ago, when I started drinking sake, I was shocked when I was given a chance to try Jyushidai Nanadaru Nijukan and this Denshogiku at Okage-san in Yotsuya. It was one of the bottles that led me to the swamp.
When I drink them again after a year, I feel like I have come back after going around the four seasons. Ah, it is one of the pleasures of sake to think, "This year again..." like this.

This has nothing to do with flowers, but for the first time in a year, I re-read the entire volume of the manga "Natsuko's Sake. I enjoyed it more than last year because I imagined the taste of sake in every panel.

The aftertaste? is not for me. The label is beautiful, but....

The manager of Miyoshiya has tape around his wrists, and when I asked him why, he told me it was tendonitis. I guess it must hurt when you lift sake bottles up and down many times a day.... Thank you for your hard work.
★★★★☆ Delicious. I want to drink it again.
