A brand recommended by Mr. Kyukkatori. I drank too much Eiko recently, so I didn't care for it at first. When I read the review, I drooled and got it on my clothes😝 I decided to buy it right away~.
The aroma is sweet like a pear, full on fruity like Glory Fuji. The aroma is fruity, but not too sweet. Sake level -5, but not too sweet, just right. The rich umami comes out with a sense of microbubbles. There is a slight bitterness at the end and a clean aftertaste, so you can drink it as much as you want 😄 It complements the food and is delicious even if you drink it alone.
In other words, it is versatile.
A perfect accompaniment to grilled meat.
