Tonight's Gabo-Gabo~.
Jun Dai Hashu Honor from Eiko Fuji. 1,950 yen (tax included) for a four-pack. It's amazing.
A brand recommended by Mr. Kyukkatori. I drank too much Eiko recently, so I didn't care for it at first. When I read the review, I drooled and got it on my clothes😝 I decided to buy it right away~.
The aroma is sweet like a pear, full on fruity like Glory Fuji. The aroma is fruity, but not too sweet. Sake level -5, but not too sweet, just right. The rich umami comes out with a sense of microbubbles. There is a slight bitterness at the end and a clean aftertaste, so you can drink it as much as you want 😄 It complements the food and is delicious even if you drink it alone.
In other words, it is versatile.
A perfect accompaniment to grilled meat.
On a side note, I bought some Kagoshima kumquats yesterday! The back of the package says, "Grown carefully in a greenhouse. The soft peel, sweetness, and fragrance make it a special feature. Enjoy them raw. It says so on the back of the package. I was surprised that I could eat the fruit with the skin. The skin is sweet! The sugar content is high and it tastes sweet and sour when eaten with the flesh.

Good evening, Mr. Goniego.
Trains in Taiwan are dangerous and there are many accidents. If you are coming to Taiwan, please don't take the train. Subway and bullet train are fine. It is a different company.

Well, even in Japan, cars have priority. One of the top prefectures for cars that drive around ignoring people trying to cross the road at crosswalks is Fukushima Prefecture, where I am. It's actually a road traffic violation, but...
