The red sticky rice on the paper is cute too - I read that ori (ori) may precipitate, but the color is almost transparent. The aroma is mild, a little lychee and grape-like for my taste. The sweetness is almost apple-like with little acidity, and there is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, which I don't dislike. The bitterness becomes more pronounced at room temperature and is better served cold. But the presence of alcohol is very strong.
My favorite fried chicken with sake 😋 with homemade mentaiko mayo sauce 😋.
