Because of its rich flavor, I think it goes well with strong food. Tonight we took out Yabaton's miso katsu and had it with garlic toast. My favorite thick slice of pork loin - the fat has a sweetness to it... ♪ The meat is finely textured and tender ♪ ♪ With miso sauce on top ♪ ♪ I feel like drinking it ♪ Over time, the sweetness gradually increased and the alcohol content gradually decreased. Buying a bottle and drinking it slowly over a few days may be a good choice 🍶 There is a slight change in taste for a few days after the bottle is uncorked, which is fun ^^. That is the advantage of drinking at home.

The nose smelled of natural strawberries🍓 and it was lovely - a sip tasted sweet and sour and very soft. No alcohol taste, easy to drink just like juice. No, it's not juice, this is strawberry milk/yogurt! My kids love this drink 👶. The drink is thick like milk, if you think it's too thick, I think it's best to drink it with ice. I also tried it with milk, but the strawberry taste was weaker. I am speechless, Hououmida is still delicious! The best fruit wine maker, indeed 😋.

Bought this sake in October. It is a junmai ginjo with a rice polishing ratio of 55%, using Yamadanishiki for the koji rice and Gohyakumangoku for the kake rice. The aroma is melon melon-like and mellow. The mouthfeel is mellow and full, and the sweetness and umami of the rice overflow into the mouth. It is not too sweet, but very elegant, like the acidity of grapes. It has a sharp and spicy throat and stimulates the back of the throat. A well-balanced sake, it was delicious. Today, I made an earthenware pot full of stir-fried mustard greens and sakura shrimps.

Last time I had Houou Mita's Peach Sake which was very good and I would like to try another liqueur lineup. This time I bought apricot sake 🎉. Poured it into a glass and smelled it. Besides the smell of plum wine, a bit of aged old sake atmosphere 😷 I'm not a fan of this... If you just drink it without looking at the package, I think it's plum wine. I guess it's similar to the ripe old plum wine made with sake. I have no experience with other apricot wine, this is my first time, does apricot wine taste like plum wine? The body is very rich and sweet, so the flavor is too strong to drink straight. It is best to drink it on the rocks or with water - especially with soda. Apricot Sake and afternoon tea are also a good match, the amount of tea is about 2~3 for 1 sake, it dilutes the sake so it is less sweet and easier to drink ✨. Next time I want to try mandarin orange sake! I'm not really a fan of apricot sake.

This sake is made from 45% "Yuki-Majin" rice suitable for Daiginjo-grade sake brewing, developed over many years in Yamagata, and brewed in the Nama-Moto style. Attractive strawberry aroma, gorgeous and elegant. A little sweet, medium dry. Smooth mouthfeel with no cloying taste. Full of fruitiness with a soft juicy flavor in the mouth. There was a little alcohol spiciness in the back, but it was easy to drink, not disliked. Typical mellow umami mouthfeel. Beautiful - it was a delicious sake 😄. I have had Yuki-Megami before, personally I like this one the best. It does not have the bitterness of Kamikigen, and has a deeper sweetness than Eikofuji. Would recommend, but seems a bit hard to find... As for snacks, we had pork with miso, crab miso, eggplant stir-fried with miso, bitter gourd and pork belly stir-fried with sweet and spicy sauce, and broccoli stir-fried with garlic. Crab miso and sake are an unbeatable pair!
