Same specs, the ones I thought I had posted in the past but didn't. This is a drink I had last year.
I thought it was Yamadanishiki and didn't post it, but it was Gohyakumangoku.
I don't remember much about it because it's been a few days, but I remember it was quite gassy. I feel that chivalry is a combination of exquisite drinkability and robustness.
