It says "super-harsh ginjo" on it. The sake has a slight yellow tinge. I think it is getting sweeter (fruity) as the day goes by. Delicious!

Impressive!!! Sorry for the poor photo. The real one is more vivid pink. It is a rose. The sensation of drinking it was almost as if it were wine! It's not so much fruity, but more like the aroma of roses in the flavor. It is very easy to drink, so don't drink too much. Excellent! I think I'll buy another bottle.
