I bought it at my usual Marunaka Ohashi liquor store because they have double points on even months😊😊😊. The aroma is fruity, the color is beautiful golden, and you can feel the sweetness of the rice on the palate, and it is my favorite kind of sake. The best pairing for today is Miso Dengaku (miso dengaku), a very good sake that brings out the flavor of the meal while still giving you the taste of the sake. It's good with a single dish. It's good for both food and drink, but it goes very well with miso 😋✌️I think I'm going to drink too much today.

It's made by the Doi Sake Brewery, which is known for its Kaifun sake. Unlike Kaifun, you don't get much of an aroma, but you do get a little sourness on the tip of the tongue. Today's pairing was a chocolate bitter. It's very interesting to feel the taste of the rice in a distant place! As a Kaishun lover, I found something new and I'm really impressed with the Doi Sake Brewery!

This is a sake recommended by the owner of Ohashi Shoten in Iwata, where I often go these days. When I ordered a dry sake, he chose this sake for me. As soon as the bottle opened, I didn't feel the fruity aroma, but I didn't dislike it. Overall, it is good. Overall, it is delicious. Thanks to the owner.

This is the first sake from Fukui Prefecture, but even the Junmai sake is quite good. Next time I'd like to try something higher than the ginjo sake. Let's look for sake from the Nanbu Sake Brewery^_^
