It is a fun place to drink sake that you cannot normally drink.
Now, the concept of Otters is to create an ancient sake as "the best of the hundred medicines" while keeping the goodness as a drink called the new Otters.
In fact, we use a yeast called "otter exosome," which was discovered during the fermentation process of otters.
When you drink it, a gusto of rich flavor envelops your tongue.
