Asahi Koh Special Junmai Unfiltered Raw Sake Yumesasara
Good aroma as usual. The sweetness is a little stronger than usual. This is the kind of sake that can be enjoyed by itself. Good, good, good.

Asahioki Junmai Daiginjo Yumesasara
Tochigi's sake is brewed with Tochigi's sake rice. The sweet aroma is very nice and strong, and you can feel the sweetness in the mouth, but the taste is refreshing. It has a slight sour taste and you can drink it very easily.
Banana-like smell, dry and crisp after drinking it. I don't know, I'm an old man myself, but after the old man drinks it, cah! It tastes like you might say.
The alcohol content is low, 6 degrees. I drank only the clear part first. The smell is something...? It tastes sweet and sour, and I don't recommend drinking only the clear part. When I drank the white part of the drink, it was like sweet makgeolli and was easy to drink.
There's no smell, but it's delicious with a light sweetness that spreads in your mouth. It's unlike anything I've ever tasted before, but it's not habitual, it's refreshing! It's delicious.
Good!
I didn't know there was such a thing as a liquor from Chiba.
It has a fruity smell, a slightly acidic sweetness, a firm taste, and a rice-like finish!
I would buy again!
It's similar to the Ume-no-Yado's Arago-Shimikan I drank before, but the Arago-Shimikan was almost like juice, but it's less sweet and the mikans aren't too muddy.
Asahioki Early Autumn Junmai Ginjo.
It is not yet ready to be warmed up, but it is a pleasure to drink at this time of year. The unique aroma and mild taste of Asahioki.
I still love it.
