Hayaseura has the image of being refreshing, for better or worse, but this one is sweet!
It has a strong umami (flavor), but it is like a sugar water on top of the umami all the time, and this sweetness is a distraction.
I wondered why it was so sweet, and it turns out that Sakahomare is sake rice made for daiginjo.
As someone who does not like daiginjo, this was a surprise that did not make me happy at all.
Hayaseura is not only expensive, but also very disappointing...
