たけさんAt the beginning, I got a really faint schwirl and a really faint ginjo aroma, so I thought, "Oh, that's the way," but to my surprise, this sake stays there! This is a new sensation.
After that, it's a little bit light and a little bit umami, and it seems to go well with anything other than a thicker drink.
I like this kind of change of pace every once in a while.
