I wanted to try it, so I searched for stores that carry it and found Asano Sake Shop in Kyoto Station Aeon. (Unfortunately, the store is moving next month.)
When I went to the store, I found many kinds of sake.
I asked the store staff about it, and after much deliberation, I bought a bottle of Rohafu. I read the warning label that said, "The lid may fly off when you open the bottle. I had read the warning, but when I opened the bottle, the lid 😅 flew off with great force.
The lid flew off with great force when I opened the bottle 😅. Hmm? Sweet? The sweetness is followed by a slight carbonation. It's easy and comfortable to drink, so be careful not to drink too much. It's a new sensation, but it's delicious.
