When I passed by the store, I saw a sign that said "The last morning Shibori of this season has arrived"... I couldn't help but buy it.
The ginjo aroma is faint, or maybe almost non-existent. It was a slightly dry sake with a sharp, slightly carbonated taste with a hint of acidity. It is a sake that goes down smoothly.
