It's a perverted drink, such as super maniac, the shop said. LOL!
The yeast is said to produce a lot of citric acid, so if you think it's just a normal sake, you'll be surprised at how sour it is.
It's very easy to drink with no aftertaste, so I recommend it as an aperitif! So I had a drink before dinner.

Originally made as a private brand, it has expanded its distribution and is still a limited stock control product with a specific distributor.
The taste is as elegant as the name suggests, and it certainly has a refined flavor that makes it easy to drink.
It's not too strong, so I thought it goes well with the dashi (Japanese soup stock).
It goes well with oden and conger eel sushi.
Kawaguchi liquor store is also delicious conger eel 💕
