boukenNational Sake Fair 2025 part62
Iwate Prefecture (2)
Takahashi Sake Brewery in Shiwa-machi
I've bought Horinoi at an antenna store when I started Sake-no-wa.
It seems that some liquor stores in the Kansai region have it in stock, but it's hard to get a hold of it since they all sell it in 1-sho bottles...
I thought Ginkonga Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake would be a good price!
Rice polishing ratio 40%, Yuzunokou 15 degrees, Sake degree +1, Acidity 1.4, 3,960 yen
According to the official website, this is Horinoi's top quality sake.
It's juicy, sweet, and delicious.
I wonder if any liquor stores in the Kansai area carry 4 gou of this sake?
I forgot to take a picture, so I'll borrow one from Nemuchi 🙇. boukenNational Sake Fair 2025 part61
Iwate Prefecture①
Iwate Meizo in Oshu City
The traditional brand is Iwate Honor, but recently, the distributor's brand, Okuroku, seems to be getting more and more popular.
I can't write the details yet, but I heard some exciting stories from the brewer that are good news for people in the Kansai region, so I'm looking forward to hearing more information in the future!
Polishing ratio 60%, Kame-no-o from Kanegasaki Town 15
It is sweet and quite a modern type.
Oshu-no-ryu also has a Junmai Ginjo with a Shohei Otani support label!

boukenNational Sake Fair 2025 part60
Akita Prefecture⑤F
Naba Shoten in Akita City
Usual brand name is Ginrin.
I've seen the sake labeled "Kurukuru" on SNS, but I've never seen the real thing. You can't buy it in Kansai, can you?
It is brewed using Akita-style sake yeast mash production.
It's interesting that the phrase "kuru kuru" means "to be made with an electric drill when making the yeast and yeast. That's why it's called kuru kuru 😁.
It also says on the label that it means "May Happiness Go Around.
The product name is also interesting, like a triple axel or a quadruple salkow, like figure skating 🕺.
Polishing ratio 55%, Akita Sake Komachi 15%, Sake degree -1.0, Acidity 1.6
Price: 1782 yen
It is a modern type of sake, just like the label, with a strong sweetness and flavor.
A little bitter with a lingering aftertaste.
The style is somewhere between modern and classic.
Nemuchi-san seems to have had Akitaharu after this!
Next stop: Iwate!
45 minutes to go... boukenNational Sake Fair 2025 part59
Akita Prefecture ④
Akita Bijin Junmai Sake Reproduction Label
Akita Homare Sake Brewery in Yurihonjo City
This is the first time to hear of this sake brewery.
Rice polishing ratio 65%, Yumeobako 15-16 degrees, Sake degree +5
Acidity 1.7, No.15 yeast, 1452 yen
The aroma of aging is strong. Or maybe it was aged?
It is not my favorite type.
The taste itself is dry with a strong rice flavor, and is suitable for warming sake.
I had an aged sake before this one, so there is a possibility that it was mixed up in the sake cup...
I think Nemuchi's post is more helpful 😌.

boukenNational Sake Fair 2025 part58
Akita Prefecture ③.
Maizuru Sake Brewery in Yokote City
Just the name makes you think "Kyoto? I would think so😅.
I only knew about the brewery in Tatemae, but I heard Ikoma-san said the building of this brewery was broken, so I went back home and looked at the street view, and it's in a collapsed state...
I found out that the brewery collapsed due to snow damage in 2008, the kettle, koji room, and vat room in 2010, and the warehouse collapsed due to the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011...
It seems that the brewery is now being manufactured by Akita Fermentation Industry of Ippodo Senryo.
In addition to Tafresh, there is another brand called Asanomai, and Tsukishita no Mai was originally released under the Asanomai brand name.
Polishing ratio 55% Sake Komachi 15% Sake degree -3 Acidity 1.7
Amino acidity 1.4 2090 yen?
It used to be a dry type with 50% polished rice and Gin no Sei rice.
It is said to be an old sake that has been aged for a long time. According to the online information, it was aged for about 10 years in the 27th year of the current year.
It is sweet but still has a strong sense of maturity.
I would like to drink it fresh, but I guess it's difficult since it seems that Denfresh is also an aged sake 🤔. ねむちGood evening, bouken 🌛I Fatman mentioned that the warehouse in the street view is collapsed 😅. boukenGood evening, Mr. Nemuchi.
Ahh, my memory is falsifying again 😱.
I guess I need to write down more than just the taste 🤔.

boukenNational Sake Fair 2025 part57
Akita Prefecture 2
Akita Meikozo in Yuzawa City
Akita's major sake brewing company along with Takashimizu in Akita, which also runs commercials in the Tohoku region.
In the past, Sayuri Yoshinaga and Hiromi Tanigawa appeared in their commercials as image characters.
I bought a bottle of their Hakuman no Hyakudasake at Yamaya before and it was delicious, so my expectations for this sake are high just because it's called "Hakuman no Hyakudasake" 😆.
It seems to read "Tamakine" in Japanese.
The series using rice grown in their own rice paddies is called "Kannoin" (環稲).
According to the official website, besides Momota, they also have Ippozumi in their lineup!
Polishing ratio 40%, Momota 15-16%, 2475 yen
Sweet, tasty, fruity, and delicious 😋.
It was as good as I expected, but I only see the standard junmai sake and the ones in aluminum cans, so it would be nice to be able to buy the nama sake and other products of this kind in the Kansai area 🤔. boukenNational Sake Fair 2025 part56
Akita Prefecture①
Takahashi Sake Brewery in Misato Town
In Osaka, Haretoke Sake Brewery is selling this sake, but I've never had it...
Polishing ratio 55%, Misato Nishiki 16%, Sake degree +1, Acidity 1.8
Price: 2057 yen
T.KISO drank it when I searched for it...
Sake made with lavender yeast.
Sake quality is clear and clean. Too clean, like water.
It's not flashy, and I wonder if it's a food type sake. boukenNational Sake Fair 2025 part55
Fukui Prefecture9
Miyake Hikoemon Sake Brewery in Mihama Town
Personally, I have the impression that it is a veiled sake brewery with no official website and no information transmission.
Polishing ratio 40%, Saka Homare 16%, 3,960 yen
Moderately sweet and juicy
It tastes somewhat like Kudokutei.
Personally, I like it so much that I think I'll buy some Hayaseura when I see it again.
Less than an hour to go before the end here!
Moving on to the northeast... boukenNational Sake Fair 2025 part54
Fukui Prefecture⑧
Torihama Sake Brewery in Wakasa Town
Torihama itself is sold at KITTE, but you can't find this sake anywhere else.
I've always thought the logo looks a bit like Torikai, a shochu 🤔.
Rice polishing ratio 40%, Saka Homare 15.5%, Sake degree -2, Acidity 1.9
5300 yen
A little fruity and sweet, but not good... boukenNational Sake Fair 2025 part53
Fukui prefecture (7)
Yutaka Sake Brewery in Sabae City
Mr. Umaisan helped us at the booth of "Hanashoku" at the Japanese Sake Festival before, and Mr. Umaisan brought sparkling sake at the Sakai Off-line Meeting.
I was like Mr. Purgatory by calling out "umai" so many times 🔥.
Polishing ratio 50% Gohyakumangoku 16% Sake degree -9 3190 yen
Beautiful, slightly smoky and smoky.
Sake strength -9, but it didn't feel that sweet.
The branding label is cool.
I wonder if Fukui is strong in Sakahomare and Gohyakumangoku 🤔.
I'm pretty sure they used Fukui Gohyaku Mangoku in Hanahayo too. boukenNational Sake Fair 2025 part52
Fukui Prefecture⑥
Hatakeyama Sake Brewery in Minami Echizen Town
Snow Kirara has been bartered with Mr. Jive for a drink in the past.
Polishing ratio 40%, SakaHomare 15%, Sake degree +1, Acidity 1.8
3,630 yen
Beautiful and muscat-like.
I thought it was interesting to see the gap between the sake quality and that of the rough or first pressing 🤔.
I forgot to take a picture of it, so I borrowed it from Mr. Neemuchi. boukenNational Sake Fair 2025 part51
Fukui Prefecture⑤Fukui Prefecture
Katayama Sake Brewery in Echizen City
I wonder if there is a segregation between the regular brand name Kansai and Gekizo, where Kansai is alsobe and Gekizo is junmai.
I have drunk Katayama Shuzo's Kansai sake several times, including when I was given it by Jive and when I bought it at KITTE.
Of course, this is my first time drinking Jun Dai.
Polishing ratio 45%, Sakahomare 16%, Shuzo +1, Acidity 1.4
3300 yen
I thought the quality of sake was modern, unlike Kansai.
I wonder if there are many variations of Getsuzo 🤔. ジャイヴGood morning, bouken!
I think that's the right separation between the original Honjozo "Kansai" and the new Junmai sake "Gekizou" ✨.
It's a pity that there is no "Gekizou" sake at the moment 😅. boukenHi Gyve ☔.
The Jun Dai I drank this time was so good that I wished I had some Nama Sake 🤔. boukenNational Sake Fair 2025㊿
Fukui Prefecture ④
Koshinoiso in Fukui City
I've heard of it, but this is my first time to drink it.
Rice polishing ratio 38%, Saka Homare 16%, Sake degree +3, Acidity 1.2
2750 yen
Well, it's a little peculiar, a little messy, and a little hard to drink💦.
The price is reasonable for the rice polishing ratio, and the specs are good. boukenNational Sake Fair 2025㊾ Fukui Prefecture ③ Fukui Prefecture
Fukui Prefecture ③.
Tajima Sake Brewery in Fukui City
I have the impression that Fukusenzai is not my cup of tea, but I remember that the perverted sake was very interesting!
Polishing ratio 40%, Saka Homare 16%, Sake Brewery-2, 3,500 yen
Beautiful and gorgeous ginjo aroma, delicious 😋.
Every brewery uses Saka Homare for their sake.
I forgot to take a picture, so I borrowed Nemuchi's picture.

boukenNational Sake Fair 2025㊽
Fukui Prefecture ②
Tanabe Sake Brewery in Eiheiji Town
Greetings to the president.
I was so nervous that I could only bow my head and say, "Thank you. I was so nervous that I could only bow my head like 💦.
It seems that Gyve and Menshuoh are also recognized by the brewery, so Echizenmisaki-san must be checking out Sake-no-wa very well😳.
I wanted to say at least that...! I wish I could have said at least that...
Polishing ratio 50%, SakaHomare 16%, Sake degree -1, Acidity 1.4
3,520 yen
It has a beautiful but juicy flavor.
It is versatile both on its own and in a meal.
I thought it was a sweeter type of Echizenmisaki 🤔. I thought it was a sweeter type 🤔.
I would like to drink it around New Year 😋. ジャイヴHello bouken!
I'm sure you'll have another chance to visit the brewery since you've been going around quite a bit 🥰.
Maybe he recognizes you too 🤣. boukenMr. Gyve, good evening 🌃
I wish you could do a tasting at Icoma 🤔.
It makes me feel better to write a review when I think the people inside are watching 🫡. boukenNational Sake Fair 2025㊼
Fukui Prefecture ①
I'm posting in the order I took the pictures, but maybe I just took the pictures first and I'm drinking Echizenmisaki first 🤔.
Horiguchi Sake Brewery in Minami Echizen Town.
I've always wondered about the sake they have at the antenna store in KITE, but never had the courage to buy it.
Polishing ratio 60%, Gohyakumangoku, Sake degree +4 15.5%, Acidity 1.3
1540 yen
Classical, matured, not my favorite type.
I'm glad to be able to drink it here. boukenNational Sake Fair 2025㊻
Tokyo Metropolitan Government ⑤.
Ozawa Sake Brewery in Hachioji City.
Registered in Sakewa under Kuwanotsu, but correctly Kuwanotsu.
I wonder if they are related to Sawanoi's Ozawa Brewery.
They seem to consign sake to the brewery.
I've only seen sake in miniature sized straw barrels at Bic Camera.
Polishing ratio 55% Akita Sake Komachi? 15% Sake degree +4 or higher
Acidity 1.2, 1474 yen
It has a blue bottle, so is it a summer sake?
Ginjo aroma with a hint of rummy. It is a sharp dry sake with a hint of sweetness.
It seems that each sake is consigned to several breweries, but this one seems to be made by Ozawa Sake Brewery of Sawanoi.
Where should we go next? I was wondering where to go next when Mr. Ikoma showed up and told me that the president of Echizen Cape wanted to see who was making the sake 😁.
At this point, 1 hour and 40 minutes had passed... boukenNational Sake Fair 2025㊺
Tokyo ④
Nakamura Sake Brewery in Akiruno City
Usual brand name is Chiyotsuru.
There is also Chiyotsuru in Toyama, so I almost mistake it for something else😅.
I've had Chiyotsuru's raw sake in the past and it seemed to be classic dry 🤔.
Polishing ratio 60%, Gohyakumangoku 15-16 degrees, Sake degree +2, Acidity 1.5
Price: 1265 yen
It is light and smooth.
Quite a classic type. boukenNational Sake Fair 2025㊹
Tokyo ③.
Nozaki Sake Brewery in Akiruno City.
Sake you don't see in Kansai. Inui Sake Brewery in Yatsuo's website lists it as a brand they carry, but it's hard to go there because it's a store where you have to choose while looking at the list. It's the only Sairai distributor in the Kansai region, but...
Polishing ratio 50%, Gohyakumangoku, 16 degrees, Sake degree ±0, Acidity 1.5, 1771 yen
It tastes modern, sweet, and juicy, unlike the image on the label. I thought it was a 4MMP type.
I heard that there is also a Kisho sake in the store of Segawa Sake Shop, but I wonder if they still have it now. boukenNational Sake Fair 2025㊸
Tokyo Metropolitan (2)
Tamura Sake Brewery in Fussa City.
Usual brand name is Kaisen
I have bought 3㌥ of Kasen at Yodobashi in the past
I also remember drinking Daiginjo when we went out for a drink.
Polishing ratio 55%, Gin-Gin-Ga 16 degrees, Sake degree ±0 to +2
Acidity 1.6-1.8, 1650 yen
It is rich, full-bodied, and very drinkable.
I also felt a little graininess.
The Tamura series also uses various rice for sake, such as Ginpu and Yamashu No. 4, so I thought it was interesting. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
