I've just started using this app, and in a way, for the first time, I'm a "serious" drinker, in layman's terms.
I don't think honjozo has much aroma.
I think it is more obvious in this store where you can drink a variety of sakes in the same shape glass.
But that doesn't mean it's bad. In a sense, it's good as a food sake because it has little aroma (I think).

It also has a nice texture on the tongue.
Daiginjo-style sakes are glassy, or rather transparent, but this one is a bit softer. Is it because it is sweet? Maybe because I'm drunk.

Everything seems to be in harmony. It is well-balanced or something. If it were a human being, it would be a very good tightrope walker.
Although it is described as dry, it is very soft and feminine.
