4/5. Funky and unique. Bold, lots of umami. Soy sauce flavor. Annie did not like, but I appreciated the uniqueness. Can pair with heavy foods.

4/5. Effervescent initially. Semi dry. Fruity. Little rough and boozy in the finish. Would revise but better as a 2nd or 3rd bottle when getting my drink on.

4.5/5.0 Very balanced dry and acidity. Complex. Hints of barley/earthy on the finish. Pretty great, but pricey so might not be reasonable at a restaurant (bought for $125 at going out of business sake, can be over $200 at store, so ? At restaurant)

5/5. Bought in Japan in Kyoto food market. Loved it from what I remember (entered months after drinking). Definitely return if possible. Think $50 was what we payed.
