Got it by accident at a liquor store in Asahikawa!
I kept waiting for it, and when it was in just the right condition (for me)
I decided to try it.
The sound of the bottle opening was pleasing to my ears.
A faint bubble at the bottom of the glass and a fizzy sensation on my upper jaw.
No peculiarity.
Sweetness and umami taste lingers for a long time.
Little bitterness, with a pleasant acidity in the back.
The 29% polished rice also gives a strong sense of umami.
It has no peculiarities, which may be a waste for sake beginners, but I felt it is a cup that beginners should drink!

In beer terms, it is dry.
But the aroma is good, and if you don't mind the bitterness that lingers afterwards, this might be a good choice for you.

The price is about 1000 yen plus tax.

Shinshin Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake (Nakadori)
It has a good aroma! It smells like a pear!
At the first sip, after the sweetness in the mouth, the umami immediately hit me.
The sweetness is good and the umami remains.
The second sip after some time!
The tongue gets used to it and the umami becomes the main taste.
