No impression in the mouth. Gradually the mild sweetness, umami, sourness and bitterness appear for a moment and slowly fade out. There was little unique sake flavor, and I thought it was easy for everyone to drink. This is the first day so far.

From a fresh image. Good sharpness from sweetness. The sourness is a little stronger than the pineapple-like aroma. The first day I opened the bottle, I was satisfied with 1 or 2 cups. When you drink it again after 2-3 days The sourness settles down and becomes familiar, and it is too delicious to drink completely. The freshness is also good, but it is more delicious when it has become accustomed. Personally, I think it's more of a dessert sake than a food sake. There may be many women who like it.

The bitterness and astringency can be felt and the sharpness is relatively good. The sweetness is moderate, and it can be enjoyed with oily dishes. Personally, I think it goes better with meat than fish. It has a strong sake-like impression. ↓↓ After drinking about 1/5 of the bottle, you may get bored if you keep drinking it, it's not easy to drink. It's not easy to drink. 1-2 cups in a sake cup might be just right.
