It tastes good with soft serve ice cream (thicker and stronger than neat?). I would like to try it with soft-serve ice cream. I probably wouldn't be able to drink it on its own. But with soft serve ice cream, I can enjoy (drink) it.

I was told that the taste changes depending on the temperature. I can't tell the difference in just a few minutes after pouring it into a glass. I heard that you can tell the difference by drinking at 10 degrees Celsius. It tastes like rice. I would like to compare them at different temperatures.

Yuho Junmai Namaishu Orikarami White and slightly carbonated. It is not that strong for its color and is surprisingly easy to drink. Surprisingly easy to drink.
