Sentori Snowman in collaboration with UNITED ARROWS The bottle starts fizzing immediately after opening, so open and close the lid while waiting for the sake to settle down. The mouthfeel is fizzy. I have wanted to drink SENKYO for a long time. I bought a bottle of Junmai Unfiltered Harajuku made from Omachi with a 60% rice polishing ratio. Watery on the palate with a strong melon flavor. The aftertaste is soft and easy to drink. The second day after opening the bottle, it became even softer and easier to drink. I tried it with yuzu lemon and it was delicious! There are many kinds of Senkyoku, so I would like to try more in the future!
