After two years of skiing in Sugadaira Kogen, on the way back from Lodge Yamaboshi, I stopped by the local sake shop Miyajima and bought some!
It's clean and dry, but has a great flavor.
Back label!
Tsuru-age → Yukio → Kirin-zan
A tour of Niigata.
Maybe it's because it's freshly squeezed, but I have the impression that it's the most refreshing.
It goes well with white sashimi.
While Niigata is known for its dry taste, Tsurumei is mellow and fruity.
It seems that Aizan is dry among such Tsururei.

Purchased at Marutake. It's unfiltered, unpasteurized sake that was only available to the brewers at the brewery, and nothing was done to the freshly pressed sake. Delicious!
Fruity and petite, with a solid taste.
I met this snowman on my way back from a skiing trip to Niigata.
The Aoki Sake Brewery of Tsururei, which is often sold at Marutake in our neighborhood.
It's delicious!
