If you drink this sake alone, the acidity is harsh. It is very acidic and tastes very bad on the nose. However, it is delicious when drunk with a meal. Since this sake has a strong acidity, it goes well with oily or strong-flavored food such as stewed cubes.

Purchased a freshly squeezed (Shiboritate) Fukuju, which can only be purchased at the sake brewery. The aroma is fruity. When you put it in your mouth, it tingles in your nose, and you may feel it is aromatic and a little harsh. It is dry but easy to drink. It is so easy to drink that if you drink it too much, you may get drunk later on.

It's as sweet as juice (syrup). For better or worse, it does not feel like alcohol. I can recommend it to people who are trying alcohol for the first time. I don't think there is anyone who doesn't like this taste. It tastes good on the rocks or mixed with other drinks. It is also delicious as a sorbet.

The acidity is harsh. However, the alcohol does not seem harsh, and it is easy to drink. I don't like the initial sourness, but once in the mouth, it is easy to drink. It is neither sweet nor dry.

The first sip is a bit of a spicy feeling in the throat. Is it spicy on the nose, too? It is a bittersweet sensation. There is a bitter taste peculiar to nigori sake, but it is delicious. It is smooth and easy to drink for a nigori sake.
