Thin taste. The first entry is thin and fresh. From there, the richness of the sake comes out a little, and at the end, it disappears while leaving a lingering aftertaste.
As the name suggests, it is like a sparkler.
It is a light sake with an alcohol content of 13 degrees, and overall it has an assertive feel.
It has just the right balance of sake character and drinkability that is typical of Tatenogawa.
If the sake is too strong, it will be too harsh, and if it is too easy to drink, you won't get the benefits of drinking sake.
It becomes a habit.
Continuing our campaign to compare our personal "Tatenogawa"!
"Muga Clear Bottle"
The rice is Yamadanishiki.
The taste is refreshing.
I drank many kinds of sake, and I don't know the taste of Tatenogawa anymore.
Continuing our campaign to compare our personal "Tatenogawa"!
"Nakadori Miyamanishiki"
We are trying to compare it with "Mainstream".
Hmmm, it's hard! It's hard to tell the difference.
The mainstream "Yamadanishiki" has no peculiarity.
But this "Nakadori Miyamanishiki" also has no peculiarity.
Honestly, they are similar.
I'm on a campaign to drink all sorts of my personal Tatenogawa! (lol)
I compared it with Muga ~Black~, but "Mainstream" has a sense of stability because it is Yamadanishiki.
It's just plain delicious!
I'm going to keep trying to attack Tatenogawa in various ways!
Manjusen.
I bought the sake cup at a brewery when I went to Iwase in Toyama City before.
This time I bought the sake at the nearest Seven.
It tasted like Japanese sake. Personally, I like a bit sweeter sake, but it goes well with the sake cup.
Fruity and easy to drink!
When I was 19 years old, I went to a license training camp at the Torikai driving school! I miss it!
When I think so, I can't help but look at it favorably.
