It has a refreshing aroma like enzymes and pears, which is typical of Sentori.
I drank it thinking of Kabutomushi, but the mild, deep sweetness was followed by the bitterness of alcohol, and to be honest, it was not what I expected. However, the explanation on the label said that unlike Kabutomushi, it was made with the image of a honey lemon soaked in its skin, which made sense to me. As the alcohol turned, the bitterness became addictive and I enjoyed drinking it.
