It is a sake made jointly by four breweries in Yamagata Prefecture. The label is cute and I am satisfied at this point 🍶.
The aroma of honey plum wine. Mellow and sweet like honey. Some bitterness lingers. It's not that lingering.
I've become a fan of this sake, and I'd like to try it again when I see it again, as it seems to come in four patterns to match the four seasons.
