First Shinmasa at a late New Year's party. This sake is a collaboration with a famous yakitori restaurant. The cedar aroma and carbonation make it surprisingly easy to drink, and it goes well with chicken dishes.

This is a national sake that I could not reach at New Year's. It has a banana-like aroma. Banana-like aroma, disappears smoothly in the back of the throat, and the lingering taste is pleasantly delicious.

At my parents' house. It is a pure Yamadanishiki Dai, which is priced under 5,000 yen and is a quality that you want to keep on hand in the fridge. The yatagarasu (three-legged crow) is also very cool.

I was sorting out my inventory with a little over two months left in this year, and I bought a limited edition sake called "Noto Shitenno Nakasaburo Summation". I thought it was a limited edition sake, so I bought it, even though it was expensive. ・・・・・ The rice flavor and lingering aftertaste are pleasantly delicious.
