Nice aroma. I see what you mean by "super dry". I like the lack of sweetness. The aftertaste is clean and crisp. It is easy to drink. It seems to go well with all kinds of food. The price is reasonable!

Tastes like pineapple. Slightly fizzy. Slightly effervescent. This goes well with seafood. I want to drink it with white fish..!

Fruity and sweet, I think, but a little sour, not too sweet, a little fizzy, I like it.... It's not too sweet. Goes well with refreshing snacks.

Calm taste. Can be drunk with anyone and with any food. Personally, I would have preferred a little more bitterness? A little bitterness or punch? I would prefer a bit more bitterness or punch...!

Quite sweet! Maybe it would have tasted better if I drank it when it was a little colder... Maybe it's because it's getting hotter and I want something refreshing to drink.

It's so refreshing and easy to drink.... I thought it would be sweeter, but it was more refreshing than I expected, with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, making it easy to pair with rice. I had it with broccoli, chives, and udo (udo is a Japanese radish), and it was a perfect match. I'm looking forward to seeing how the flavor will change after a few days.

I bought it because I wanted to drink a non-sweet sake. It is not sweet, but it is mild on the palate and not too spicy. The aftertaste is not too clean, but leaves a nice aftertaste of umami. It goes well with chikuwa (dried chikuwa) and silken tofu with sushi vinegar!
