Sake from Fukuoka!
It's said to be the best sake for eating, and it certainly tastes nice and flat! The number is 0, and the color is white or almost transparent. I thought it might be close to our Izumikawa. I thought so, but Izumikawa only had Funakuchi in stock.
Now I think I can do my best this week. Thank you, my friend!
