I went on a trip to Aomori 🍎. I really wanted to buy some rice wine, but no souvenir shop had it... I had already had the Junmai Ginjo from Hachisen, so I picked up the Daiginjo ✊. It's so good! The fruity taste and the slight carbonation were pleasant, and I drank too much!

I just wanted to taste this flavor again... I bought it on Amazon on the eve of my birthday. Exquisite sweet and sour taste and good mood... It is an excellent wine to be paired with delicious food!

Personally, I think it's easier to drink if it's slightly oxidized the second time you open the bottle. I will have it with avocado sashimi!
