I've always liked Hidakami, but this was my first time drinking it.
I heard that the sake that was left over from the flooding in the earthquake was so good that they recreated it for the 10th anniversary of the earthquake.
The label says, "There is no night without dawn", and I can feel its power...! It's crisp and delicious!
