More fruity / still soft / and sweet / quick to pull, like water... A small bottle of Junmai and Junmai Ginjo to compare. It's more floral and refreshing than the Furin Miyama. I like both of them very much.

Fruity/soft on the palate/sweet...maybe...with a clean pull, but a lingering finish. Compare small bottles of Junmai and Junmai Ginjo. It seems that Shichiken is quite suitable for my taste.

Not much of an aroma / smooth and silky / is this what you call the flavor of rice? / It disappears quickly. One cup debut I'm the only one in my family who drinks sake, so I appreciate the small amount. I'm glad when I find a brand I'm interested in. I've never had this type of sake before, but it's good.
