I've been wanting to try Meron for a while, but never got around to it, and finally my wife bought me some!
The pink label and blue label ones have a really nice smell, and I think I like that one better if it's just the smell!
I wonder if this is what melon smells like? I always wonder if this is the melon scent or not, but I can't smell it at all.
When I try it, the sourness is so good! It's so good!
I should have written about it right after drinking it last night. I can't think of a way to describe it.
Anyway, it was really delicious and I really love Niidashi Zenshu!
Fading feeling from the sourness of the drink.
I'm sure it's easy to drink, but I think I drank it too late.
It's not as good as the Bakuren I drank just before, which I thought was great with sashimi.
Probably a sake to drink on its own
It's completely different from yesterday's impression.
It's quite a robust sake.
Is it gorgeous on the palate? A hint of sweetness? The bitterness lingers on the tongue and it feels numb.
It's even better than what I drank yesterday.
Something like a limited edition of Bakuren sake.
It's very easy to drink even though it's dry!
It is easy to drink even though it is spicy. Surprise!
It's different from the Bakuren I drank before.
Hi miyama4, nice to meet you!
I've never had a bottle of Bakuren, but I had a bottle of Kudokidatte the other day and it was soooo good! I'm sure I'll be back!
Akahariba.
Kudokutake itself is very delicious!
The one we drank this time, called "Kuro Bakuren Kame-no-o Namatame", was delicious!
I hope you will try it!
Is it also good lukewarm?
I wanted to buy it today, but I was attracted by other summer sakes, so I didn't buy it.
Next time I find it, I'll try it lukewarm!
Refreshing!
It smells great (I can't describe what it smells like...), it's tart and it doesn't linger, it just fades away!
It's so easy to drink!
Maybe it's because it's low-alcohol, but it's so easy to drink that I'm afraid I'll lose the whole bottle in an instant!
Buy with Sharaku
Taste of the first kiss? Or something like that.
It's only a nama-gara sake, so there's some foam and roughness, but it's delicious with a dry aftertaste.
It's similar to Kaze no Mori's Roha Kaze 807. I think it's different.
It also has quite a bit of acidity.
The label says something about citric acid, so it's probably right.
My wife seemed to like it very much.
On the second day, I drank it before I got drunk, and I thought the aroma was nice.
Sharaku is melon? Yamamoto can be compared to some kind of fruit, but I don't know.
It tastes better on the second day.
When I went to the liquor store, they had Sharaku Junmai-shu, so I bought it and opened a bottle.
The Junmai Ginjo is good, but I think I like this one better.
It's been brewed once, so it doesn't have the slight fizziness that I've liked lately, but it's consistently good.
The mouthfeel is also melon? I guess.
My wife said it felt like sake, but I think it was because she hadn't had a Junmaishu in a while, after drinking all the unfiltered, unpasteurized sake that was so popular.
Personally, I found it easy to drink, and it didn't feel like sake! It didn't feel like sake at all!
I'd like to buy it again if it's available.
Took it camping and opened a bottle.
I opened it while eating Thai sashimi and sushi, but honestly, it doesn't go well at all...
In a word, it's too sweet!
I stopped drinking after about one glass, and I was surprised that it was a Kaze no Mori!
On the second night, I didn't want to drink it with anything, but I thought it would be a shame to leave it behind, so I did.
I prefer the 807 by far, but it's pretty good on its own.
However, if I were to buy it again, I would prefer to buy the other 807 series or alpha.
Personally, I think it's better if it's not polished too much.
I think the aroma is weaker than other sake rice.
It's probably very fruity on the palate.
I thought Akitsuho was banana-like, but what is this?
After that, the pungent taste comes out of the nose.
It's definitely delicious at the time of Kaze no Mori.
Other Omachi sakes have a "sake" feel to them, but this one doesn't have that feel, but it's delicious!
I've drunk all the 807 series except for Aizan (I think), and I'd say Yamadanishiki, Akitsuho, Omachi, and Roha Kaze.
I was surprised that Yamadanishiki was not the best.
I drank it while camping, so maybe it was a storage problem.
According to my wife, it has an understated glamour that comes out when it goes down the throat.
It's not sweet, but it's not too dry that it comes when you swallow.
I'll drink it again and again and again... (with the tension of Dorikam)
I bought this at the supermarket I stopped by after work.
It's the best sake I've ever bought outside of a liquor store.
Most of the sake in Akita is good no matter what you drink!
My wife bought it for me on her way home from work. Thanks! Great!
It's still too good! The best Kaze no Mori I've ever had!
I drank too much even though it was Thursday.
Day three.
On the second day, I had a full glass of wine and no memory...
Almost no fizziness. I think the fruity feeling in my mouth got stronger. After that, the aftertaste is a bit spicy.
It tastes best right after opening the bottle, but this is not so bad!
I just bought it and opened a bottle.
It has the same great banana feeling as the 807 Akitsuho!
The aroma right after opening the bottle is also very nice.
Maybe it's because of the low alcohol content of 12%, or maybe it's because the rice is milled to 65%, but the astringency I experienced when drinking 807 was almost non-existent.
It's called "The Door to the Next Chapter" and I think it tastes exactly like that.
Kaze no Mori itself is easy to drink, and I think it's a good sake for people who don't like sake, but it's also very easy to drink.
The ALPHA TYPE1 that we drank when we were drinking 3 kinds of Kaze no Mori in a pub was thin and not so good, but it is very good for the first drink before you get drunk like today!
The second day
According to my wife, the banana taste is gone, and the sweetness that remains on the tongue is delicious.
She said that yesterday she felt the aroma directly, but today she felt the taste of the sake more because the aroma is gone.
I certainly agree.
Opened a bottle on a camping night.
It's still delicious!
But it's not as good as the Dewoba style. I think it was better than the other one.
I think the Yamada Nishiki makes it easy to drink, with no quirks, good or bad.
I don't think this is the right way to describe it, but it's tasty but thin.
If it's the 3 807 series that I drank, Dewha Kaze was the best, but it's only in Kaze no Mori, and Kaze no Mori is very good to begin with.
I was pretty drunk, so I can't remember much, but the aroma was good.
At first, my memory of the taste was "Hmm? I thought, "Maybe I don't like the taste so much," and "It's like the Koryu I drank before. I thought "Hmmm, maybe I don't like the taste so much" and "It's like the Kuroryu I drank before", but I went on and on and finished the whole bottle. It's so easy to drink, it's like water.
Maybe it's just my imagination, but I think it got sweeter and tastier towards the bottom.
My wife says, "It's like ice cream on the palate! But with a dry aftertaste! It's so sweet, yet so crisp and delicious!
It's very fizzy and delicious. It's no longer a dry juice. Like Shinsei's Yono-tori? I can drink it like Shinsei's Yo no Tori.
I bought this sake over a month ago, and opened it for a reason and hadn't drunk it.
It was stored in the vegetable room of the refrigerator, so the environment may not have been good.
When I first smelled it from the bottle, I got the impression that it smelled like dust.
When I poured it into a glass, I couldn't describe the scent, but it had the characteristic aroma of good sake.
Perhaps it's because I've been drinking a lot of 80% polished rice and mizuhakamoto style sake lately, but it's more "light" than "refreshing". Is it a "light" type? Like water?
After that, there is a moderate bitterness, a slight foaming, sweetness? Umami? That's the feeling.
My personal opinion is that it's delicious, but it's a bit pricey and not to my taste.
However, I had some kimchi in the fridge, so I drank it while eating kimchi and it was delicious.
Maybe it's the kind of sake you need to drink with snacks.
I think the sake I've been drinking recently is more for savoring on its own than for pairing with snacks, so I feel like I'm going in a different direction and my impressions are confused.
Also, it tasted much better from the second glass than the first, so maybe it was separated in the bottle? Maybe it was separated in the bottle.
It's definitely a delicious sake, so I'm looking forward to the second day and beyond.
Day 2, what the hell, this is so good!
I think the aroma is calmer than yesterday.
The first sip is tangy, numbing, and dry. The firing sensation is good.
After a day, the sweetness is gone and the aftertaste is clear.
I also liked it when I chilled it.
Day Three.
The tangy, spicy firing sensation is pretty much gone.
Sour taste? →A bitter aftertaste, or is it a dry feeling?
I don't know how to describe it.
Anyway, it tastes better than the second day.
I took it camping with me and drank it with sashimi.
I knew it was Niidashi Zensyu for sure. It's delicious!
It has a nice aroma, and the taste is distinctly umami or sour, but easy to drink.
There was a little left over, so I brought it home and drank it on the third night after opening the bottle.
I thought I wanted to drink it as soon as I opened the bottle, because it had been kept in the cooler box for two days.
I bought it because I drank it in a pub before and it was so delicious.
I thought it was very sour and peculiar, but it's not. But it's not sour.
After that, astringent taste? Pungent taste? But it's not sour. It is delicious.
According to my wife, I can feel the sweetness different from Daiginjo, but I don't feel it so much.
I think it's the sweetness of the mouthfeel.
Also, she says that the aroma that comes out of the nose when swallowing and the aroma that remains in the mouth are good. (Wooden barrel?)
I'm looking forward to the taste after the second day of opening the bottle.
On the second day of opening the bottle, the astringency was gone a lot and it was so much easier to drink.
I felt the same aroma as when I drank Niidashi Zensyu Blue Label, but I wondered if it was the aroma of the wooden barrel.
I think I like it better on the second day than the first.
Day 5 of opening the bottle.
Didn't write it down on day 3 because I felt it tasted off, didn't drink it on day 4, and now on day 5 it tastes great!
Almost tastes like the first time I drank it in a pub.
The sourness is sour as hell and it's delicious!
My wife says it's a full on wooden barrel (LOL)
Kept in the vegetable compartment of the fridge for two weeks after I bought it.
The slight fizziness and the astringency and wispy banana taste that comes after the wildness?
Personally, I like it very much.
It's very good.
Second day after opening the bottle.
I think the banana taste has become stronger.
It has a foamy taste, a banana taste, and then an astringent (bitter?) taste. That's the feeling.
My wife says there's a sourness before the bitterness. I don't know the sourness as yesterday.
Wild to air -> mild
Day 3
No longer banana feeling all over
I feel that there is almost no astringent taste
It's the easiest to drink!
But I think I prefer the punchy feeling I had yesterday.
