yanchinThis sake is from my favorite sake brewery near my parents' house! When I go to this brewery, I usually buy and drink the hot sake, which is basically second-grade sake, but after a while, I heard that a young couple was working hard to make a new cold sake, so I gave it a try. I tried it and found it to be very tasty! It's a product that reminds me of the town where I was born and how "water goes well with sake"! I believe that the best sake is the one that can be drunk casually, without being overbearing. I am currently enjoying the best hot cold sake in the hot summer! It's delicious! LOL!
