yanchinIt's getting hotter. The world is getting busy with barbecues and such. Well, I am still enjoying delicious sake. Today, I had a bottle of Junmai Ginjo-shu from Hanazono, a sake brewed in Aizu. I am sorry to say this is my own subjective opinion, but Aizu sake is really stable. I am grateful for that.
