This is a PB sake from Yoshikawa Sake Brewery in Niigata. It has a moderate sweetness and is delicious as a food sake or on its own. It has a good aftertaste and can be drunk as much as you like, so you have to be careful.

It's a cheap sake, but I don't want it to be lumped in with the cheap sake around here. Matsunoi-san has a dry tone, but once you get used to it, it even feels sweet. Nevertheless, it's great as a sake-within-a-sake or a sake-with-everything kind of sake. In terms of cost, I think it is better than any other sake.

It is light but full of flavor. I can feel that Gohyakumangoku is a good rice. It is a local Shizuoka sake, but it also has a touch of my favorite Niigata. I wonder if there is a Shizuoka sake that uses Koshitanrei.

Muji's PB sake. This is my favorite sake from Matsunoi. It's brewed with Koshihikari rice, not sake rice, but it's delicious and refreshing, just like Matsunoi. Today we enjoyed it just as a sake, but it would be great as a food sake as well.

It's an unpasteurized sake that needs to be kept cold, but it tastes better if you take it out of the fridge and let it soak in a bit. It was soft, with no lingering aftertaste, and the four-pack was easily filled.

Penguin who is in love with the label. It is recommended to drink on the rocks, so it has a strong personality. However, it is less acidic than the Penguin-san from Kamizen, and can be enjoyed as a normal sake. It's delicious.
