5/10
Sourness and a firm dry mouthfeel in the second half.
It left a tangy aftertaste. The concept is easy to understand.
However, I think the narrowing of the R-40 target and the naming are not very appropriate for the times, or simply not very good.
I have the impression that this is a sake that can be enjoyed with a solid snack such as sesame mackerel.
I was a little concerned about the presence of brewer's alcohol.
The aroma was strong and came in fluffy and tasty in the mouth.
It is alcoholic and a little tangy, not mellow. I feel like I am drinking alcohol.
This is the last Matsunoi-san for this year. There is no store that sells it near me, so I can't drink it next time unless I go buy it locally.
The first day I opened the package, it was soft and sweet. After leaving it for a while (5 days?) I can still taste the sweetness, but it's not overpowering. It is delicious. I really like it dry, though.
Matsunoi-san.
You're good!
The 20 degrees is from the same lineage as the Den-Ohara sake from a local brewery in Echigo-Aga town.
What will happen if we drink this undiluted?
Is it vodka?
Winter has arrived!
Sake has arrived!
I'd like a glass of Ryochu.
Muji's PB sake.
This is my favorite sake from Matsunoi.
It's brewed with Koshihikari rice, not sake rice, but it's delicious and refreshing, just like Matsunoi.
Today we enjoyed it just as a sake, but it would be great as a food sake as well.
