Matsunoi大吟醸 金賞受賞酒

Matsunoi is the perfect accompaniment for New Year's Eve. It is a gold medal-winning sake with a gentle and full flavor. A sake to express our gratitude for the year ahead.

This is a dark sake with 90% polished rice. It is recommended to be served cold or lukewarm, but lukewarm is great. I think it has a little too much character when cold. The taste is different from Kurosawa's 80.

First drink of the year. The acidity is a little strong, and the gasiness is moderate. Because I'm drinking good sake, I want to make this year a good year.

This is the last Matsunoi-san for this year. There is no store that sells it near me, so I can't drink it next time unless I go buy it locally. The first day I opened the package, it was soft and sweet. After leaving it for a while (5 days?) I can still taste the sweetness, but it's not overpowering. It is delicious. I really like it dry, though.

Slight gassy feeling. You can drink it as much as you want. It is a stable Masumi, but I want to taste the freshness that only winter sake can provide every year.

This is the sake for the annual Shinnamesai Festival. It has an unusually fruity, muscat-like aroma. This is not a sake to be enjoyed with food, but by itself. It doesn't need any snacks or anything. You can just drink it all the time.

It seems to be a limited order production with a reservation system, but a liquor store I know sold it to me. Thank goodness. It's easy to drink with a hint of gas and a good sweetness, and it's a dangerous sake that you can drink as much as you want. If you look carefully, you'll see that this is also Miyamanishiki. If you ask me, it has the same refreshing feeling as Kurosawa's summer sake.

I had a sample of this at a liquor store I have a good relationship with. It's interesting that it's made by Sakata's Tatenogawa, but it's made with Miyamanishiki, which is unbalanced, but it's light and easy to drink. It is very tasty. I used to think that Miyamanishiki sake tended to be heavy, but now I realize that it's not the rice but the character of the brewery that makes it heavy. This is not a sample, but a sake that I would like to pay for and drink 4 cups of.

I'm jealous of your Tatenogawa sample. It's delicious.

I felt it was a little different from the Tatenogawa I had drunk before. There is no doubt that it tastes good.

This sake is not sold in the market, but we are fortunate to have it. It has a light yellow color. First, it is served at room temperature. It has a faint sweetness. I can't believe it's -33 degrees. Then, chill it. The sweetness becomes round and fruity. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 days. It has a sweetness like nectar candy. Each timing has its own merits, but I think the best way is to let it sit for a while. It's a sake that can't be mass-produced, so this taste is probably only available this year, but it's a good one. I want to drink it again, but I wonder if my wish will come true.

Good evening, Mr. Penguin ^ ^ Bandai Brewing Company is a brewery near Shuzenji, isn't it? I didn't know that😓. The sake offered to the Tokugawa Shogun is amazing😱.

This is a sake that I received as a gift. You can enjoy it as a midday drink. It has no peculiarity, but the taste is good and you can drink it as much as you want. In a sense, it may be a dangerous sake.

Kurosawa-san for two days in a row. This is Honke's Hiyaoroshi. It's not too heavy, and it's easy to drink, unlike the actual hiyaoroshi Damu-ripe. The heaviness of Damu-matte is fine on its own, but if you want to drink it as a food sake, this is the one for you. However, it is a full-bodied sake that is different from the light sake.

Sake day. We thought we'd have a light Niigata sake, but we decided to go with the robust Kurosawa. It's not called "Hiyaoroshi", but it's one of the most popular sake every year at this time. We hope you enjoy this year's sake as much as we do.

I finally got my hands on this one, Penguin-san. It's called "lightly foaming", but it doesn't have a surprisingly gassy feel to it. Well, it's just right. Foamy sake often has an unpleasant sweetness to it, but this is not the case here, and it's refreshing. It's delicious, but the lid is a crown, and once you open it, you can't drink it all. At any rate, I cover the lid twice with plastic wrap and foil. I feel that it is poisonous to the body to open four cups of quicksilver at once.

Ito-Yokado Numazu store closing commemoration sake. The sake itself is a common sake, but the different label makes you feel grateful. The mouthfeel is soft. There is a slight yeast smell, but it doesn't bother me too much. It has an atmosphere like Hakuro-san in Nagaoka.

This is a spring sake that has been neglected. Thanks to the heat treatment, the taste has not diminished. It is a blend of nascent yeast and fast brewing, so it is easy to drink even though you feel the heaviness. The balance is excellent.

Just the slightest hint of gas. It is a little old, but it is refreshing with a hint of sweetness and acidity. It is more of a sake to be enjoyed by itself than a sake to be enjoyed with food.
