This is the last Matsunoi-san for this year. There is no store that sells it near me, so I can't drink it next time unless I go buy it locally.
The first day I opened the package, it was soft and sweet. After leaving it for a while (5 days?) I can still taste the sweetness, but it's not overpowering. It is delicious. I really like it dry, though.
