ペンギン
This sake is not sold in the market, but we are fortunate to have it. It has a light yellow color.
First, it is served at room temperature. It has a faint sweetness. I can't believe it's -33 degrees.
Then, chill it. The sweetness becomes round and fruity.
Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 days. It has a sweetness like nectar candy.
Each timing has its own merits, but I think the best way is to let it sit for a while.
It's a sake that can't be mass-produced, so this taste is probably only available this year, but it's a good one. I want to drink it again, but I wonder if my wish will come true.

Good evening, Mr. Penguin ^ ^
Bandai Brewing Company is a brewery near Shuzenji, isn't it? I didn't know that😓.
The sake offered to the Tokugawa Shogun is amazing😱.
