record
Faint fizziness on the first day.
Taste was similar to Okunomatsu, a rather frequent drinker
An easy-drinking sake that lives up to its concept of impressing with an everyday toast.
unfiltered, unfiltered sake (raw)
Slightly effervescent but with a concentrated rice flavor.
The flavor of the rice was concentrated.
Delicious 🍶.
The yeast used is Association No. 9.
Is it just me or does it taste similar to No. 6? Easy to drink and delicious!
Junmai Ginjo
once-fired
The aroma before drinking is subdued, but once in the mouth, the sake is highly aromatic with a cool, refreshing feeling spreading in the mouth.
I like the concept of making sake entirely in Minamiaizu.
And because it has a gentle mouthfeel, you can drink more and more of it.
It goes well with fresh fish sashimi.
Good quality sake doesn't give you a bad headache....it's a truth....thank you very much 🍶.
I noticed the cork after I bought it and went out to buy a wine opener, as I don't usually drink wine!
I saw it in a liquor store and bought it without any prior knowledge of the rarity of this liquor.
I was very satisfied with the sake, and the manufacturer's retail price was very reasonable.
I am looking forward to drinking it again next year if I am lucky enough to find it!
The playful and serious nature of the maker is very cool 🍶🍷.
Sake with a wine-like flavor
Slightly effervescent in the mouth
and a strange flavor of wine in spite of being sake.
It seems to go well with both sashimi and meat.
Light but with weight.
I like the way the flavor changes as the days go by.
A local liquor store was selling it to members only due to its rarity.
I can only trust the liquor store to sell it at the retail price. 🙇♂️
Nigori Sake after a long absence
Fresh and effervescent taste, no matter what time of day you drink it.
It is easy to drink even for those who do not like alcoholic beverages.
It has a refreshing lactobacillus flavor and is easy to drink, a bit like a certain lactobacillus drink.
I keep coming back for more.
I will buy it many times while I can stay here...
ginjo sake with no added alcohol
I wanted to try it once 🍶.
I'm having the No. 6 yeast as the main sake.
The fizzy sensation in the mouth is so pleasant that I can't stop drinking it.
The sweetness and aroma that lingers on the tongue is refreshing and really makes the sake go down the drain!
The No. 7 yeast has a mild sweetness and gentle taste. Both are so delicious that you can't stop drinking...
unblended whisky (whiskey)
No.7 yeast
From the moment it enters the mouth, a slight effervescence is pleasant.
Refreshing coolness and sweetness pass over the lower part of the mouth.
The lightness of the mouthfeel makes it easy to drink too much.
Is Isshuikusuisei also using No. 7 yeast? That's why it is called No. 7 yeast.
I realized that the texture and characteristics of the sake are systematized depending on the yeast.
I like Isshiro-Suisei, too... so it's good!
Bodhi Hashiwado Nigori Sake
Started drinking before dinner 🍶.
Before and after nigori.
Both have a fresh aroma and a fizzy feeling in the mouth. This is a sake experience I've never tasted before...
Refreshing flavor of lactic acid bacteria.
This sake is so easy to drink that I keep coming back to it over and over again. Thank you very much for this delicious local sake.
Purchased at a liquor store I frequent most often.
I had been curious about No. 6 yeast for a while, so I bought it. (By the way, they also had No. 7 yeast. (By the way, they also had No. 7 yeast.)
I was told it was seasonal.
The aroma was subtle, but the moment you put it in your mouth, it felt fizzy, fresh, and dry. But the moment you put it in your mouth, it has a fizzy, fresh, and spicy taste. The sweetness that lingers on the palate makes it very easy to drink.
It is light, but still has a certain flamboyance.
It will probably be gone the next time I go back, but I'd like to repeat this one.
Akita sake, I miss it...
The aroma is mellow
This is dry...
Sweetness is clean and tangy at the back of the tongue
Basically, it is easy to drink and the flavor of the sake permeates the entire tongue.
Sake that you can't stop drinking!
Bodhi Hashiwado Nigori Sake
Junmai Nama-zake
I used to not drink nigori sake very often.
But after I met this sake, I realized the charm of nigori sake!
Some brands are hi-ihi (fire-aged), so you can enjoy it as you like.
This is Nama-nagori-zake!
The moment you put it in your mouth
It is a very pleasant sake with a slight bubbly taste, a rich sweetness, and a refreshing flavor.
I am glad to have found such a wonderful local sake!
