Sorry for the consecutive 😅This was a sake that shouldn't be served in a sushi restaurant⁉️meat⁉️. I ordered miso soup and had egg snack (Kanto style sweet one) and I was convinced! This is a meat sake. It has a unique aroma similar to Chichibu's Ichirozu malt whiskey! You can smell the malted rice 🎶. BTW...it smelled close to the Ichiro's Malt Mizunara oak barrels.

I saw and ordered 5 pieces of omakase nigiri with maboroshi red vinegar "Kohbei Yohee". It looks like Hakkaisan⁉️. I ordered Yoshinogawa because 2 pieces of shellfish came 😅It's carefully selected dry but it's like water to me 🤣It goes well with the fresh ginger gari at this restaurant❣️This sake is for enjoying the mouthfeel rather than the flavor. It's my first business trip in a while.

It's a rare sweet taste for Tosa sake... but the balance of flavor and sweetness is exquisite❣️. It's a great way to start the day. It's a great way to start the day! I'm drinking a cup of sake 💕I'm drinking the first shibori and I'm looking under the label 😊to find the deepest flavor...I'm going to leave it for tomorrow🤣.

Sizzling 🎶 on the tongue I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do this, but I'm going to have to. I'm so tired from work today😅. I didn't feel like making anything...any of these would fit⁉️ It's a tataki (seared bonito) but it's grilled and sliced hot. The best way to eat it is with salt, and then with tare (sauce) and condiments. Tomato slices with Tosa vinegar. Leftover mackerel sushi with vinegar and simmered bamboo shoots. Something is different. I'm sure you'll agree that the rice polishing ratio of 60% was a good match for the rice in Niigata...

Drinking yeast❣️CEL24 is being developed in each brewery, so yeast surfing🎶 It's the best match of pickled urume, tofu paste with potherb mustard and cream cheese, dried shiitake mushroom, sucked pork, bamboo shoots and sashimi. It was the best matching of pickled urume with a lot of grated ginger. The shiitake mushroom stew with strong sweetness was also good for the throat.

I felt carbon dioxide gas in my throat. The owner of Yasuoka liquor store said that the aroma of melon is more fresh and juicy than the ripe feeling of last year. Anyway, I wanted to drink it as soon as possible 🤣 I cooked quickly with what I had. Sauteed tomato and egg with oyster sauce, soaked spinach, hamachi sashimi, ham (expires today) I say marriage with food... smoosh smoosh smoosh 😅 empty in one day is... bad❗️ The second day, I can drink it easily without feeling the carbon dioxide in my throat. When I read a book, I like to read about the author, but in the world of sake, I like to try drinking yeast. Kameizumi Sake Brewery's CEL-24 is that yeast. Many breweries have started to use this yeast. I️ want to drink them in series. It made me think that it is good to have curation in sake drinking❗️💕. The aroma expresses Delicious apple⁉︎It's like a white wine made of rice. The bottle reminds me of a Bordeaux wine. But not the dryness of Chablis. On the day of opening the bottle, I didn't feel any sticky sweetness. The next day, no acid stimulation. Sweetness > acidity My preference is to drink it the same day❣️. Marriage with food...Tofu paste with potherb mustard is the best choice. Of course, the tofu paste with cream cheese 🎶. I have a friend who uses manga to describe the aroma. I'd like to leave it to him to express the aroma of sake in particular.

A bottle of jacket buy. Aroma of peaches⁉︎Tastes like Kazenaruko... On the back of the bottle there is a genealogical chart of the sake rice. It was inherited from another generation😅. Sashimi of amberjack...gobbled up by the fat in the belly. It's sweet. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing. This sourness is the tartar ❓ I'm sure you'll love it. I forgot to pair it with dried persimmons and cream cheese 😅I'll try it later.

I received this bottle as a gift 💕The aroma reminds me of the scenery of Irikawachi where the contract grown "Gin no Yume" is produced🎶. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. I'm sure you'll agree that it's a great way to start the day. I got carried away and tried the salted garlic ramen, but it didn't work. Sake has its own season. I'd like to pair it with eggplant tataki with green onions, myoga, and ginger, but this sake is only available in winter❗️I'd like to pair it with kakiage without tempura.

I'm taking a break from my usual brevity and writing at length. Please bear with me... I tried to attack with red color 🤣 non-fruit tomatoes, salted tsukudani peppers, homemade kimchi, cod roe spaghetti, Chinese cabbage with egg cooked in buckwheat sauce, strawberries, hamachi sashimi not in the picture. The best match was unexpectedly strawberry🍓 It's like champagne 😅. It's not a fruit tomato, but it goes great with the sweet tomatoes 🍅 too💕! It's also good with kimchi. This homemade kimchi is a ginger and Chinese cabbage kimchi with no garlic, Korean chili peppers, and sakiika squid for breakfast. It makes me think that only this sake should be crowned fruity. Some people lick the salt and drink the sake, but it didn't go well with the salted green pepper tsukudani or hamachi sashimi. The limited shipment of Kane Iwa's new seaweed topped with tarako spaghetti was the seaweed I wanted to eat as a vegetable. It was a fun sake to marry with the dish.

The explanation was that it was a rootsy sake. 1/3 bottle of New Year's gift. Too much to drink 😅 would go well with fish roe... well, all sake goes well 🤣.

This is one of the three bottles of sake from Niigata that we received at the beginning of the year. I think I can drink two bottles of this with a little⁉️It goes well with tomatoes with sushi vinegar.

I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not. I want to drink all three anyway, so I skimped. I'm not sure which is better, tomatoes with sushi vinegar, dried persimmons or cream cheese...Kirinzan, dried persimmons or cream cheese. The sake of Niigata that I got at the beginning of the year.

Slightly dry taste. It goes well with boiled mackerel and kakiage ten-nuki (kakiage in soba sauce) without ten-nuki. Sake goes well with it. I should have made the mackerel in miso😅.

Bubbly to slightly sparkling wine. It is not as strong as 15-16% alcohol. The owner of the liquor store said, "Drink it all at once in a big glass. After a refreshing finish, you can feel the core tastes of the rice malt and polished rice. It has a little sourness and pleasant sweetness that is hard to express. I regret that I should have paired it with ajillo. I bought it in early summer and forgot about it in the fridge 😅. Grilled deep-fried tofu with shredded myoga condiments and soy sauce for an easy entrée 😊 The drinking vessel is a beer glass. For girls with girl power, a glass full of crushed ice with soda water would be nice 🎶.

Sweet taste. No miscellaneous flavors. All-rounder that goes with everything❗️ Manly Tofu with pounded 10% salted dried plums and Spanish Muñoz EX olive oil. It clears the silken tofu tangled in my mouth and flows clear. The other day I had this dish with pickled sardines, cucumber squash and eggplant in wasabi. Vinegar is more pleasing to the tongue than saltiness. The sake cup is a glass with a protrusion inside that used to contain a cake shop's panna cotta.

Seasonal sake❗️Autumn limited edition "Hiyaoroshi", which is refreshingly soft when chilled, and rich and tasty when the temperature is raised a little. Chicken thighs are grilled with salted malt and sake goes down well. The sake cup is the usual unglazed Japanese tableware 🎶 with glaze on two parts of the lips.
