Sizzling 🎶 on the tongue I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do this, but I'm going to have to. I'm so tired from work today😅. I didn't feel like making anything...any of these would fit⁉️ It's a tataki (seared bonito) but it's grilled and sliced hot. The best way to eat it is with salt, and then with tare (sauce) and condiments. Tomato slices with Tosa vinegar. Leftover mackerel sushi with vinegar and simmered bamboo shoots. Something is different. I'm sure you'll agree that the rice polishing ratio of 60% was a good match for the rice in Niigata...
