When I read a book, I like to read about the author, but in the world of sake, I like to try drinking yeast.
Kameizumi Sake Brewery's CEL-24 is that yeast. Many breweries have started to use this yeast. I️ want to drink them in series.
It made me think that it is good to have curation in sake drinking❗️💕.
The aroma expresses Delicious apple⁉︎It's like a white wine made of rice.
The bottle reminds me of a Bordeaux wine. But not the dryness of Chablis.
On the day of opening the bottle, I didn't feel any sticky sweetness.
The next day, no acid stimulation.
Sweetness > acidity
My preference is to drink it the same day❣️.
Marriage with food...Tofu paste with potherb mustard is the best choice. Of course, the tofu paste with cream cheese 🎶.
I have a friend who uses manga to describe the aroma. I'd like to leave it to him to express the aroma of sake in particular.
