I'm taking a break from my usual brevity and writing at length. Please bear with me...
I tried to attack with red color 🤣 non-fruit tomatoes, salted tsukudani peppers, homemade kimchi, cod roe spaghetti, Chinese cabbage with egg cooked in buckwheat sauce, strawberries, hamachi sashimi not in the picture.
The best match was unexpectedly strawberry🍓
It's like champagne 😅.
It's not a fruit tomato, but it goes great with the sweet tomatoes 🍅 too💕!
It's also good with kimchi.
This homemade kimchi is a ginger and Chinese cabbage kimchi with no garlic, Korean chili peppers, and sakiika squid for breakfast.
It makes me think that only this sake should be crowned fruity.
Some people lick the salt and drink the sake, but it didn't go well with the salted green pepper tsukudani or hamachi sashimi.
The limited shipment of Kane Iwa's new seaweed topped with tarako spaghetti was the seaweed I wanted to eat as a vegetable.
It was a fun sake to marry with the dish.
