It is very tasty, like a schwirly grapefruit juice. The slight koji aroma is the only thing that gives it a sake-like flavor. As the brand name suggests, it tastes clearer and easier to drink than regular flax cat sparkling.

17 degrees alcohol by volume. Kakuemon is always high. Is there something special about it? Also, it is unusually pink labeled. It is minus 0.5 and a little sweet as it looks. It is sweet in spite of its high alcohol content, which is a rare specification. However, it has a good gaseous taste only because it is a draft sake.

Dark and cloudy. The degree of activity is high, and when poured into a glass, it makes a shrieking sound. It is a delicious lactic acid type sake.

I was attracted by the name "Nigorigin" and bought it. The gas was not so much, just an initial puff. It was about the same when I shook it to mix the settled oli. It has no peculiar taste and is not sweet, so you can drink it as much as you want. It is delicious.

Shinmasa Hanpukai, Sparkling Series. It is a light nigori with a slight yellow tinge. The taste is lactic acidic, but the sweetness is not so strong, and it could be called light. The lightness of 13 degrees Celsius also makes it easy to drink.

The first impact is great. At best, it is a barley aroma, but if you think about it coolly, you might think it is a malted rice smell or a sake feeling that has been tainted with soot. Not so good. But not only this, Inabe and Agave are making challenging sake. It's amazing!

It was difficult to open the bottle because of the name "active". When I loosened the bottle a little, the white mass at the bottom of the bottle came up and stirred on its own. It was very vigorous. Repeatedly. The result was a lactic acid aroma and a slightly thicker taste with no sweetness.

I think this is the best of Yamamoto's lineup. The aroma is delicious from the very first sip, and the nigorigo is mellow and tasty.

This flower label is my favorite in the series of Harukasumi labels. Unlike the sweet and sour sake that I often drink, the lightness that is typical of junmai sake makes it more palatable. It is delicious.

The temperature was slightly low al 13 degrees Celsius, and in no time at all there were only a few bottles left. I bought it at the end of the year and kept it in the cellar until I finally opened the bottle. It is still delicious!

Quite rare specs. Kijoshu, nigori,. Low 14 degrees Celsius. I opened the screw cap and struggled with it for about 3 minutes. The taste was a little light, without the sweetness characteristic of kijoshu, but the sweetness lingered in the aftertaste. However, the sweetness lingered in the aftertaste. It is a little expensive sake, but I think it is good once in a while. On the second day, when I was about to drink it, I noticed a peach aroma for a moment. But the taste is still the same, light and refreshing. It is still delicious.

I bought it with the intention of comparing the different yeasts, but I finished the No. 6 first, so I couldn't compare. I was not able to compare them because I finished No. 6 first. My impression is that they are almost the same, but I felt No. 7, which I am drinking now, is more fruity and has a stronger umami. It is delicious.

I opened a bottle of Yamamoto's Strawberry Red and opened a bottle of the same Yamamoto's No. 6 yeast. The sweet and sourness of the previous bottle was suppressed, and the taste was light. Both are good.

It is supposed to be sweet, but this is offset by the fact that it has been cooled to a crisp 2°C. There is also a slight pineapple taste on the palate. Also, there is a slight pineapple taste in the mouth. This is the first time I have tasted it outside of the Hanayo. Yamato Shizuku may be a good choice.

It seems to be a project, they are going to do a chartered train trip on 3/20. There is a simple map on the label. It looks interesting. By the way, what this sake is is unknown. The rice polishing ratio is 91%, which is challenging. And the alcohol content is 14 degrees. The taste is muscat-like, tangy, and very easy to drink.
