Mouthfeel, very good. The sweetness is gorgeous and spreads. If I were to compare it to a slam dunk, it would be like Sawakita wearing a gorgeous aura.
After the Takeshita Brewery went out of business, the Tabe Brewery? Tabe Sake Brewing Co. took over the brewery and created this second sake. Still a test brew. I heard that it was not inherited...but actually returned to Tabe Brewery, which had the rights 150 years ago.... Am I right? Fresh! Something about the youth and vigor! Very easy to drink.
The waitress recommended it to us when we ordered a sake that was not too spicy and easy to drink. The waitress recommended it to me. Delicious! It is a little sweet and full-bodied, like a white wine. I like it very much.
After enjoying Natsu "Kaze no Mori", I asked for something a little lighter, so I got this sake. This may be my first sake from Iwate. Refreshingly dry.
It was recommended to us by a request for a "refreshing" and "fruity" sake. It had a chilliiness similar to sparkling wine, refreshing but full and delicious!
When you start drinking it, the mouthfeel is a little spicy. It's soft and a little sweet, but it's more of a solid sake than a light sake.
We enjoyed it very much.
